CONTEST

Thank you for your interest in competing in the Bombshell Betty’s 5th Annual Car Shows Pin Up Contest!

This year’s Pin Up Contest is a celebration of the good old west with style and grace but with a pin up twist and flare!  Are you a Patsy or are you a Lorreta? Maybe you are June or are you Dolly or a Minnie Pearl? Whoever you are, put your personal style, your personal touch to it and let's have some fun!!!    

The contest will take place during the Bombshell Bettys Car Show November 18, 2023. The $25 registration fee is nonrefundable and will go toward cash prizes, swag, and fundraising. It is also tax deductible as Bombshell Betty’s Calendar for Charity is a 501c3 nonprofit.  It can be paid through Venmo/Paypal/Zelle.  The car show begins at 10 am, pin up contestants should arrive no later than  11am to check in and begin their interaction with the public. The question and stage portion of the contest is taking place at 1:00 pm.

Please submit 2-3 pin up photos or headshots to be used in marketing materials. Include photographer’s Instagram information for crediting, if they were professional ones (we want that photographer to get credit for their photo and their credentialing)

By completing this application, you are agreeing to the following rules of the 

2023 “Miss Western Bombshell Betty” Pin Up Pageant:

  • Contestants are required to wear western style attire, hair, and make-up but put your pin up flare to it.

  • There will be NO nudity, vulgarity, or bullying throughout the event.

  • Contestants will be judged on the following criteria:

  • Personality and interaction with each other and the public throughout the day.

  • Style and Presence, including adherence to contest’s theme of  Westen with a pinup flare

  • Interview and questions. Questions will be provided to each contestant at the time of check in. 

RELEASE OF BOMBSHELL BETTY’S CALENDAR FOR CHARITY FROM LIABILITY: The contestant understands she has voluntarily agreed to participate in the 2022 Pin Up Contest and releases Bombshell Betty’s Calendar for Charity, Harley Davidson of lancaster CA and the City of Lancaster, its officers, employees, volunteers, affiliates and all other persons entitled under this contract to use the Photographs, from any and all actions, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, claims or demands (including without limitation those based on negligence and/or product liability, breach of contract, or breach of any statutory or other duty of care owed under applicable laws), liability for libel, invasion of privacy, and all causes of action whatsoever in relation to the Photographs, their making and use, the participant or the participant’s property including without limitation any liability for alteration of the Photographs, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur during the making or subsequent use of the Photographs.
